SignalTradersEdge is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our trade execution service:

2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the SignalTradersEdge service. Specifically:
- To authenticate your account and manage your subscription.
- To execute trades in your connected brokerage or exchange account.
- To send you real-time trade notifications via Telegram.
- To maintain execution logs for troubleshooting and your reference.
- To communicate important service updates or security notices.
3. Data We Do NOT Sell
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is never monetized. Period.
4. API Key Security
We take the security of your API keys extremely seriously:
- All API keys are stored using strong encryption at rest.
- API keys are never displayed in full after initial setup.
- API keys are never shared with any third party.
- We require trade-only permissions — no withdrawal access is ever requested or accepted.
- You can revoke and update your API keys at any time.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate SignalTradersEdge:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card data directly. We do not store your full card number. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Telegram — Trade notification delivery. We store your Telegram chat ID to send you alerts.
- Alpaca — Stock/ETF trade execution via API. Your API keys are used to place trades in your Alpaca account.
- BloFin — Crypto trade execution via API. Your API keys are used to place trades in your BloFin account.
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Trade execution logs are retained for 12 months for troubleshooting and audit purposes. Upon account deletion, your personal data and API keys are permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion — Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Export — Request an export of your trade execution logs.
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Revocation — Revoke API key access at any time through your account settings.

8. Cookies
SignalTradersEdge uses minimal cookies:
- Session cookies — Required for authentication and keeping you logged in. These expire when you close your browser or after a set period of inactivity.
- We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, secure HTTPS connections, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
